• Partnership Proposals: When you submit a collaboration request via our Get Involved form, we collect your name, email address, optional organization name, category of inquiry, and message details.

We use submitted information strictly to:

• Respond promptly to your questions, feedback, and collaboration proposals.
• Coordinate humanitarian, peacebuilding, livelihoods, or youth development activities with partners.

Inquiries submitted through our contact and partnership forms are processed securely using Web3Forms and direct encrypted email transmission (TLS/HTTPS). Newsletter subscriptions are managed securely through Brevo with confirmed opt-in. Form submissions are delivered directly to the designated official organizational inboxes (futurebuildersrefugeeorganizat@gmail.com) and are not retained on public databases.

We retain submitted communications only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of your inquiry, maintain active partner communication, or support ongoing community collaboration. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, your email address is retained until you request removal. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.
